Raw sand is conveyed via a primary conveying cage to the secondary mixing cage. The curing agent is first sprayed into the secondary cage through the liquid material system, followed after a time lag by the resin. Within the high-speed rotating mixing cage, the resin, curing agent, and raw sand undergo thorough blending. Simultaneously, compressed air from the pneumatic system atomises the liquid materials, facilitating rapid and uniform mixing of the binder with the sand. The final blended resin sand is discharged through the outlet.
