Dual Compaction Mechanism: Initial 'micro-vibration' at high frequency and low amplitude induces sand flow to fill moulding box corners, followed by 'compaction' for final densification. This ensures both uniformity and high density in the sand mould.

Versatile Applicability: Compatible with diverse moulding sands including wet and dry types, producing small-to-medium castings in various materials. Relatively Simple Structure: Its highly integrated vibration and compaction mechanisms occupy minimal floor space, lowering operational and maintenance thresholds.

Adjustable Parameters: Micro-vibration frequency, amplitude, and compaction pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to casting dimensions and mould requirements, adapting to diverse production needs.
